Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any services provided by jkwin. By accessing or using the jkwin platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jkwin ("we", "us", "the Platform"). jkwin provides online gaming services including slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery, and arcade games. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jkwin reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where the age requirement is not met. Winnings generated on Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active Account on jkwin. Creating multiple Accounts (whether personally or through third parties) is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration and maintain the accuracy of your Account information at all times. jkwin reserves the right to verify the information provided and may request supporting documentation. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. jkwin's Services are intended for players accessing the Platform from Malaysia. Players accessing jkwin from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms. jkwin accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.
2.5 Single Player Use. Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not share, sell, transfer, or permit any third party to access or use your Account. Accounts operated on behalf of or for the benefit of third parties are prohibited.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jkwin will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone.
3.2 You must notify jkwin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our 24/7 support team.
3.3 jkwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such loss results directly from jkwin's negligence.
3.4 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified jkwin of unauthorised access in accordance with Clause 3.2.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jkwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), Visa, and Mastercard. jkwin reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 MYR Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jkwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Players bear any currency conversion costs imposed by their financial institution.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the jkwin deposit and withdrawal pages respectively and may change from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current minimums before initiating transactions.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. jkwin may require identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents may include a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. jkwin targets processing e-wallet withdrawals within one to four hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. These are target times only and are not guaranteed. jkwin shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.6 Prohibited Deposit Sources. Deposits must be made from payment instruments held in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jkwin reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified sources and to request source-of-funds documentation.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. jkwin is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. jkwin reserves the right to freeze Account funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or financial crime activity.
5.1 All bonuses offered by jkwin are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each promotion. General bonus principles set out in this Clause apply unless superseded by promotion-specific terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before withdrawal. Wagering contributions by game type are specified in individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. jkwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire as specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
5.5 jkwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by Players who have commenced meeting wagering requirements in good faith.
6.1 By placing a bet or wager on jkwin, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game or event and accept the outcome as final subject to the dispute process in Clause 13.
6.2 jkwin reserves the right to void bets placed on events or games where a technical error, data feed failure, or human error has materially affected the pricing or outcome. Affected bets will be refunded to the Player's Wallet.
6.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and events on jkwin and are displayed within each game interface. jkwin reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at its discretion.
6.4 Live Casino. All live casino games on jkwin Casino use physical gaming equipment operated by professional dealers in certified studios. Game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome and the round closes.
6.5 Sportsbook. Sports betting on jkwin Sportsbook is subject to the specific sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market. In-play bets are accepted at the risk of the Player and may be declined if odds have materially changed between placement and confirmation.
6.6 jkwin does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player, including incorrect selection, wrong stake entry, or misreading of odds or game rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the jkwin Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and interface design, is the intellectual property of jkwin or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any jkwin content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jkwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of gaming winnings due to technical failures outside jkwin's control.
9.2 jkwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 jkwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jkwin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 jkwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jkwin determines in its reasonable judgement that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jkwin; or (c) the Account holder has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour.
10.2 Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Player's Wallet (net of any voided bonuses or funds under investigation) will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or investigation requirements.
10.3 A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting jkwin support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Players utilising responsible gaming self-exclusion tools may be subject to a cooling-off period before Account closure is confirmed.
11.1 jkwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves risk and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.
11.2 jkwin provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to stop gambling may request self-exclusion by contacting jkwin's 24/7 support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
11.4 jkwin strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Players who suspect a minor is attempting to access jkwin should report this to jkwin support immediately.

12.1 jkwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered Account address or via a notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
13.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law under the jurisdiction of jkwin's operating licence.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, or Account matter, Players must contact jkwin support in the first instance. jkwin will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. jkwin's decision on game outcome disputes based on server-side records shall be final, except in cases of demonstrable system error.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by jkwin's licensing authority. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection law.
